Philémon was heading for polytechnic studies, but dreamt of being in business. This is the path he took after spending two years with Solvay. Working with an associate, he came up with a project – which quickly made it to the pilot stage at Xerox – but a lack of funds meant he was unable to see it through.
The adventure lasted another year before he founded the corporate communication agency, Presentus. Very quickly he won a contract with RTBF to produce their new corporate video to mark the occasion of a royal visit. Nominated for the Dauphin Blanc award at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, it won both gold and silver. Encouraged by this success, he specialised in audiovisual production and team management. Which is where he met Édouard and found out about the Business Shift project. It seemed right up his street, so he decided to come aboard.
